From 8 to 11 May 2025, the Centre des Monuments Nationaux is organising the first edition of "Monuments en (pleine) forme", a unique event combining sport, well-being and historical heritage at 26 emblematic French sites. Among them, the castle and ramparts of the Cité de Carcassonne, just a stone's throw from your Mercure Carcassonne la Cité hotel, will be the setting for unusual and rejuvenating activities.

After a year marked by the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Centre des Monuments Nationaux is continuing its momentum by creating "Monuments en (pleine) forme".
